세종대왕은 1443년에 한국의 알파벳인 한글을 만들었습니다. 
 
조선은 과학과 문화에서 상당한 발전을 이루었고, 정치 제도로는 중앙집권적인 왕권이 강화되었고, 엄격한 신분제도가 있었습니다. 
 
조선 후기에는 외세의 침략과 내분으로 인한 도전에 직면했습니다. 
19세기 후반에는 대한제국으로 전환했지만 결국 일본 식민지가 되어 역사에 중요한 전환점을 맞이했습니다.
