석굴암은 화강암으로 세심하게 조각한 인공 동굴입니다.

내부에는 동해를 바라보는 커다란 불상이 있습니다.

동굴과 조각상의 디자인은 인도 굽타 양식에서 영감을 받았습니다.

 

매년 많은 사람들이 놀라운 예술과 역사를 보기 위해 석굴암에 방문합니다.

It is also one of Korea’s beautiful mountain temples. 

Seokguram Grotto is also designated as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. 

 

Seokguram was built in the 8th century during the Silla period, 

on the mid-slope of Mount Toham in Gyeongju.

It is a man-made cave, carefully carved from granite.

Inside, there is a large Buddha statue that faces the East Sea.

The design of the cave and statue is inspired by the Gupta style from India.

 

Every year, many people visit Seokguram to see its amazing art and history.
