고 쇼
예약을 하지 않고 좌석을 요청하는 경우. 

자리가 있는 경우에만 탑승할 수 있습니다. 

하지만 발권한 승객보다 더 많은 비용이 발생할 수 있습니다.

노쇼
예약한 사람이 예약 시간에 나타나지 않는 경우. 

항공사나 호텔에서 취소 수수료를 부과합니다.

초과 예약
노쇼를 보충하기 위해 예약된 좌석보다 더 많은 좌석을 판매하는 것입니다. 

예약자가 모두 나타나면 보상을 받거나 다른 항공편을 배정받습니다.

이러한 시스템은 더 많은 수익을 창출하고 리소스를 효율적으로 사용하는 데 도움이 됩니다. 

하지만 고객에게 불쾌감을 줄 수 있으므로 공정하게 처리하는 것이 중요합니다.

No Show
When someone doesn't show up for their reservation.

Selling more seats than were booked to make up for no-shows.

If all the bookers show up, they are compensated or given another flight.
